Racist abusers keep jobs after driving Sikh colleague to quit tech firm

Racist colleagues who tormented a Scottish Sikh salesman so severely that he is unlikely ever to work again kept their jobs — with one being promoted.

John Cleary, 51, Stuart Smith, 45, and Glynn Smith, 41, were found by a tribunal to have subjected Kieran Sidhu, 36, to a sustained campaign of racist abuse.
